Therapy is for the good, bad, and in between. Whether you are in a dark, depressing space, engulfed in the trenches of grief, feel you have “lost control” of your life, or simply need to talk to someone, you belong here.

About Me

I believe processing your thoughts, experiences, and perspectives in a non-judgmental space can lead to healing and a newfound power.

Neuroplasticity is a common term in modern mental health research. It is the idea of creating and restructuring neural pathways in the brain. It is part of the human experience to have subconscious negative thoughts, which affect our feelings and behaviors (such as feeling down or anxious).

I use trauma-informed approaches when working with survivors of abuse and domestic violence, as well as those experiencing attachment issues, interpersonal conflicts, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, codependency issues, identity development, and those who are adapting to life-altering events.

I currently work with teenagers (14+) and adults in modality approaches such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), MI (Motivational Interviewing), Narrative Therapy, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and more.

My qualifications and experience include a BA in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University Idaho, as well as an MA in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I am excited to join the team at Logan Mental Health and Wellness as an MSWI (Master's of Social Work Intern).
