MEDICATION MANAGAGEMENT

Discover a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. Our nurse practitioners will provide an initial evaluation to understand your mental health struggles and work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan. Together, you will set mental and physical health goals with a plan of action to achieve your best self, focusing on improving diet, sleep, and exercise, as well as identifying physical health problems that may be affecting your mental health. Our professionals use genetic testing to determine which psychiatric medications may be most beneficial based on your unique genetic code, and incorporate them as supplements to your treatment plan as needed.

 
As you implement your treatment plan, our nurse practitioners will continue to meet with you in medication management appointments to assess the effectiveness of your treatment plan and make changes as needed.
