I specialize in helping those with ADHD, addiction, depression, and anxiety. My approach to
treatment uses a client-centered version of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which I believe helps
empower the human side of individuals while using the practical strengths of CBT. I believe that
all behaviors have reasons behind them and that it is only by better understanding ourselves that we
can better navigate who we want to be with who we currently are.
