I view my role, as your therapist, as assisting you in your self-determined journey. I understand change is difficult and I offer a non-judgmental approach to working with individuals, couples, and families. I believe in identifying and utilizing strengths while building up areas needing growth.
The main therapeutic approaches I utilize include ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention).
I am a licensed CMHC and I have been practicing for over 5 years as a therapist and 7 years as a vocational rehabilitation counselor. I have supported individuals and couples struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, ADHD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, interpersonal relationship challenges, major life changes, and trauma.
