About Me

Meet Adam W. Williams, MSW, CSW, a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals to thrive and become the best versions of themselves. I employ a person-centered approach, tailoring my therapeutic methods to suit each individual's unique needs and goals. With expertise in Solution-Focused Therapy and a certification in Mind-Body Bridging, I bring a holistic perspective to my practice. I am also proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Talk Therapy. I specialize in working with adults aged 18 and above, addressing a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-image, substance use, crisis management, and more.

Drawing from my diverse experiences, including my military service in the Air Force and the private sector, I understand the complexities of life transitions and the importance of resilience. Originally from Virginia, my military service has taken me to 11 states and allowed me to explore 85 countries, enriching my perspective and understanding of different cultures. I hold a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Radford University and a Master's degree in social work from Utah State University. During my studies, I interned with the Cache County School District and the I-System Institute at Utah State University, gaining valuable education and experience.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I am a devoted husband and proud father of eight children. Together, we run a small farm in Cache Valley, where we raise goats for 4H and FFA, fostering a strong sense of community and connection to the land. My dedication to my family and my commitment to helping others navigate life's challenges make me a trustworthy and empathetic therapist.
